Dossier: Freshman Saydee Schafer
Freshman Saydee Schafer is one busy student. She was on the volleyball team this past year, is a member of Student Council and the Sunshine Society. This spring she was on the girls’ lacrosse team.

Southerner: What is your favorite thing for breakfast?
Schafer: “Actually, I don’t eat breakfast. I drink a protein drink every morning.”
Southerner: What do you want to be when you grow up?
Schafer: I haven’t fully decided on what I would like to do, but I would either like to be a travel nurse or cosmetologist.”
Southerner: Who is someone in your life that is your role model?
Schafer: “My Mom. She has always been there for me and helped me in my lowest times. I have always wanted to be like her, and I’ve looked up to her my whole life.”
Southerner: What do you like most about school?
Schafer: “School actually isn’t my favorite thing in the world, but I love being able to see and talk to my friends everyday.”
Southerner: What is the top thing on your bucket list?
Schafer: “To travel the world. I love traveling, and I want to visit every state in the U.S. and travel outside of the country as well.”
Southerner: When you are stressed, what do you do to relax yourself?
Schafer: “I either go to people who make me happy and help me forget about everything else going on while I am with them, or I listen to my favorite music.”
