Senior Ethan Yancey is very busy; he works at two of his family’s restaurants, R’z Cafe and Mother Truckers Pizzeria pizza truck, and at his Construction job, Heidorn Construction . He loves to play golf with his two brothers or with his friends.

Southerner: What’s a typical Saturday night like for you?
Yancey: “Go to work. I work until 9:45 p.m. – 10 p.m., maybe. Then come home, shower and go to bed. Sometimes I’ll go somewhere after work, but I have to be up early for work on Sunday.”

Yancey: “Zach Bryan”
Southerner: What are your favorite hobbies?
Yancey: “Golfing and work.”

Yancey: “Thanksgiving at my house every year.”

Yancey: “Being raised up in a good family.”

Yancey: “ Probably orange.”

Yancey: “Golfing, I will go with my buddies or sometimes my brothers. ”

Yancey: “Mt. Dew, the unhealthiest one.”

Yancey: “Me having to go.”
Southerner: Who is your favorite teacher?
Yancey: “Mr. Gamroth.”

Yancey: “My dad.”
Southerner: What was the best concert you have ever been to?
Yancey: “I’ve never been to one.”

Yancey: “Probably Morgan Wallen.”
