Jaime Malotte is a Spanish teacher at Gibson Southern High School. She loves to go camping with her family and loves the outdoors. Malotte enjoys watching sports with her football-shaped dog. She also loves to help people whenever she can!

Southerner: What is your favorite thing to do over the weekends?
Malotte: “I love to walk my dogs, camp with my family, and watch sports.”
Sountherner: Would you rather be famous or win the lottery?
Malotte: “Win the lottery of course! I would travel a lot.”
Southerner: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Malotte: “Tacos. It’s hard to be sad while eating really good tacos.”
Southerner: What’s your favorite quote?
Malotte: “‘Life would be boring if we were all the same.’ I also say, ‘You do you’ a lot. Variety is what makes people interesting.”
Southerner: What are your thoughts on Holiday World?
Malotte: “If Holiday World had a separate entrance for the water park, I would go much more often.”
Southerner: If you were given the opportunity to go on a vacation with an unlimited budget, where would you go and what would you do?
Malotte: “I would go to Hawaii with my family. I would like to take a helicopter tour, go to a luau and drive around to see as much as possible.”
Southerner: Do you love or hate roller coasters?
Malotte: “I love roller coasters! I love the feeling just before the roller coaster drops.”
Southerner: If you could get rid of any food forever, what would it be?
Malotte: “Fish, of course! Fish is gross! And, if you think it’s good, you are mistaken.”
Southerner: When you are stressed what do you do to relax?
Malotte: “Hang out with my football-shaped dog, listen to music, do some Amazon shopping and read.”
Southerner: Would you rather travel back in time or travel to the future?
Malotte: “I would travel back to the camp I attended at Purdue when I was young. Camp was my favorite part of the year.”
Southerner: If you had three wishes, what would you wish for?
Malotte: “I would wish for good health for me, good health for everyone I know and a 25-hour day. I always seem to need a little more time.”
