Annsley Edwards is a sophomore at Gibson Southern High School. She previously attended Fort Branch Community School for her elementary to middle school years. She is a very active person when it comes to sports. At home Annsley lives with her two older sisters, Haley and Briley, who both currently attend USI. Annsley takes part in Sunshine Society, with this being her second year doing it. Annsley spends a lot of her time outside of school hanging out with her family.

Southerner: What is your favorite thing to do over the summer?
Edwards: “My favorite thing to do over the summer is probably going to Kentucky because I get to see all my friends from there.”
Southerner: Do you have any pets?
Edwards: “I have four dogs named Duke, Willow, Steel and Garage Dog.”
Southerner: What is your dream job?
Edwards: “My dream job is to be a cosmetologist because I’ve wanted to do it since I was a kid.”
Southerner: What are you doing for your sweet 16?
Edwards: “For my sweet 16, I don’t plan on doing much, but I may go on vacation with my friends.”
Southerner: What kind of car do you want for your sweet 16?
Edwards: “I already have a Ford Explorer.”
Southerner: What is your favorite Halloween movie?
Edwards: “I don’t have a favorite Halloween movie because I don’t think I’ve ever seen one.”
Southerner: What do you do in your spare time?
Edwards: “In my spare time, I play volleyball and hangout with my friends.”
Southerner: What’s your favorite animal?
Edwards: “My favorite animal has always been a giraffe, but I have no idea why.”
Southerner: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Edwards: “If I could live anywhere, it would probably be in Alabama by the beach.”
Southerner: Who is someone you look up to?
Edwards: “I look up to my mom because she does a lot for her community and everybody around her.”
