Ben Rich is a sophomore at Gibson Southern High School. This is his first year on “The Southerner” staff. Ben lives in Haubstadt, Indiana, and enjoys spending his free time with friends and doing outdoor activities. Ben takes pride in playing baseball for the Gibson Southern Titans and takes his academics very seriously, holding strong with a 3.9 GPA. He plans on going to college to become a physical therapist. Ben participates in many clubs, serving as an officer for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and being a member of Students for Life.
