FACS Food Truck Wars – May 11, 2023
Selected classes pick up their samples during Food Truck Wars.
Some of Gibson Southern students enjoyed tasty snacks made by their fellow classmates. Jill Vieria’s nutrition classes participated in this semester’s Food Truck Wars. The students involved picked a theme and then chose a food item that they would make for other people to enjoy. For most of the students, it is a great day. They were also able to vote on who they thought was the best in taste and in look.
