Symphony Path

Symphony Path, Reporter

Symphony Path is a sophomore at Gibson Southern High School. This is her first year writing for “The Southerner." She enjoys writing, playing the clarinet, baking and listening to music. Symphony loves helping her mom take care of her dogs and other animals at home. When she is not at home helping her brother and taking care of her animals, she's usually at school waiting for pep band. Symphony hopes to become a journalist one day.

Junior Brielle Armstrong, senior Halle Pohl and sophomore Tali Maurer were a hit with their cover of Taylor Swifts Tim McGraw in Vaudeville Hee Haw. Halle Pohl is the one who came up with the act Tim McGraw, and she came up to me and Brielle Armstrong to ask us if we could sing with her, Maurer said. We rehearsed for about a month and it took us that time to get the act down good. We put it together like right before auditions. Actually, the first time we performed it together was the audition.
