Lucas Kissel, Reporter
Lucas Kissel is a junior at Gibson Southern High School. He is a member of the basketball, cross country and track teams and is involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Students for Life. His life revolves around God and friends. A lot of Lucas’ spare time is spent with his family, which consists of his parents and four sisters. Lucas joined “The Southerner” staff because he wanted to know more about current events, and he wanted to help more people hear about them. His favorite quote is from Henry Ford, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” He fully believes that in most trials in life, confidence in yourself will help you prevail.
